Nunez Signature Homes, our mission is building a unique custom tailored home with the latest innovative ideas and technology while giving unsurpassed service that will have the community seeking to "experience the distinctive difference". We pride ourselves on service that will surpass the expectations and dreams of our customers, while maintaining the highest level of honesty, integrity, and respect thru the building process. We have carefully chosen our subcontractors for their craftsmanship, reliability, and passion for their trade. Our relentless quest for perfection and the meticulous attention to detail is evitable in our finished product. Our goal is to not only to build your dream home but to build a long-term relationship.
Lupe Nunez - Builder
Lupe Nunez has been building homes in San Antonio and the surrounding areas since 2001. Lupe's vision is to build a distinctive product led him to L Nunez Signature Homes to provide homeowners with a more personalized experience. In addition, we will build on your lot or assist you in locating a lot on which to construct your home. You may also choose any of the lots that we may have to build your home. Also, we can assist you in all of your financing needs from the construction loan to your final mortgage.
Lupe has a B.S and M.Ed from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Lupe currently builds in San Antonio's most desired neighborhoods, primarily in the Garden Ridge area. Lupe and his wife Tameka Roberts-Nunez have 3 children, Chandre, Austin, and Taylor and currently reside in Garden Ridge, Texas.
Steve Yanez - Sales/Marketing
Steve Yanez founded Highland Financial Co. & Centurion Realty in 2004 as a Mortgage & Real Estate Consultant he demonstrates extensive knowledge and management within the mortgage industry. Through impressed referrals and superior results he has quickly become a recognized professional of choice in his field. He is defined as a highly motivated self-starting achiever with major strengths in organization, communication, and problem solving.
Prior to starting Highland Financial & Centurion Realty, Steve spent 3 yrs in the financial sector as a Loan Officer for Statewide Mortgage and Lending. Steve received great praise and recognition for his commitment to excel. He received ongoing awards for "Loan Officer of the Year" for his surpassed performances.
In 2007, Steve joined L Nunez Signature Homes as a Marketing Manager combining their extensive knowledge of the Mortgage & Real Estate industry. The companies share the same passion and commitment to business, integrity, and customer satisfaction that is the foundation encompassing L Nunez Signature Homes. Now, having Steve part of the team, together the relentless quest for perfection is a vision that continues to challenge them; keeping them motivated to pursue excellence.
Steve's focus now turns to creating a foundation of superior quality, high performance and exceptional service for L Nunez Signature Homes that has made his Mortgage & Real Estate career a quick success.

Rey Lerma - VP of Business Development
Rey Lerma joins L. Nunez Signature Homes as a leader in marketing and new business development with a focus on finance and project management. With over 17 years experience in sales and management and a strong expertise in real estate related finance, Rey is a welcome addition to L. Nunez Signature Homes and the recognizable brand of excellence that they are known for in the building community.
Prior to joining L. Nunez Signature Homes, Rey was co-founder of Statewide Mortgage and Lending, a real estate financing firm that he and his partner built into a multi-million dollar a year business that was acquired by MBI Financial in March of 2006. Rey remained a managing partner thru January 2008.
While running and coordinating all of the marketing efforts and day to day management of Statewide Mortgage and Lending, Rey also formed a real estate investment company that purchased and renovated approximately 30 homes from early 2001 thru 2009, performing due diligence, negotiation processes, and construction management.
Rey Lerma holds a B.A. in Psychology, is fluent in Spanish and currently resides in San Antonio with his wife Jessica and his two daughters, Leana and Lola Rae.
