the homeowners needs. Lupe is also comfortable working with
any bank the homeowner might have an already established relationship.
Lupe will sit down with homeowners and discuss their product
selection and allotment for their home. Lupe provides homeowners
with a product selection specialist to assist in all product
selections throughout the building process to make building
an exciting and pleasant transition.
Lupe will meet with homeowner and discuss designed plans,
specifications, allotments and pricing. Lupe will provide
homeowner final blueprints that both Lupe and homeowner have
come to an agreement on. Once all contracts, agreements, and
revisions have been completed, L Nunez Signature Homes will
then begin construction you home.
