This is our 17th move and our 4th new build home. Lupe Nunez
is hands down the most professional builder we’ve dealt
with. He builds homes as though he is going to move his own
family into them. He doesn’t accept second rate. On
several occasions, he returned materials or had finish work
re-done because it didn’t meet his high standards. In
most cases, he could have let it go, and we would not have
noticed—but, he didn’t.
When building a custom home, there are times when what looked
right in a catalog just doesn’t work when it’s
combined with other parts of the home. Lupe patiently worked
every detail, made changes and ensured things were it right—even
when it was not convenient and often when it wasn’t

Homes. Our family of four has truly enjoyed the spacious layout
and floorplan of this beautiful home. Our family can be comfortably
together in one room, or we can all spread out and have our
own space and feel together at the same time. We love our
private wooded lot out back, and we love the spacing between
homes in Wild Wind. When we have guests, we contstantly receive
compliments on our floorplan, colors, our huge granite kitchen
with all the bells and whistles, and the warm feel of our
